Terrible App
I bought the sim at 7Eleven shop at Johor Airport in my Family Legoland trip but I have failed many time to register on MyUMobile App! No hotline support, bad app which couldn’t recognize my Vietnam Passport! Very bad network provider and super terrible App… It has made my 3rd trip to Legoland Malaysia turn terrible one! Will never travel to Malaysia again. The ridiculous thing that no other network provider except this PRABAYAR-UMOBILE 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Error in scanning license
I can not use the camera button in this app to scan my passport, it continually informed ERROR "invalid license" although it hasn't started scanning.
Menyusahkan
Buat balik log in pakai no tel dan pin code lah. Menyusahkan kalau pakai OTP no. Tiba tiba takde line dah lambat pulak OTP tak sampai sampai mesej.

Since when internet signal go to rest,bcs at 9 pm my signal goes weak until 12 pm but my signal bar is full
