Beyond slow, requests permission every time I log in.
How can we be in 2024 with such shoddy workmanship on the app? The app is so slow that it is barely useable. I have a brand new e-Mokka and a brand new iPhone, so there is no reason for it to be so slow. Every time I get into my car, I have to accept permissions to use the app. How are the people who made this app still in a job?
App not loading
God knows what’s happened but this app is no longer loading and can no longer see charging information. It’s practically useless for me now so please update and take care of this problem.
Locked out
Keep getting error on form on each page. Was logged it and got kicked re downloaded still having issues. Was enjoying new car with these features, very jaded already.
APL doesn’t load
App loads to location screen and then just sits there with a spinner

Seriously what are the developers doing? They can’t be happy with this app. It doesn’t work. £43,000 car and this app is useless. The manager behind this app needs to wake up!
Problem.
Not showing battery level or range correctly.
App now broken. Basic car features locked behind a pay wall.
I’ve had my new Mokka E for 6 months. App was fine until recently. Clicking on Charge to see battery % tells me I have to activate the feature. Choosing to do so gets me a demand for £110 a year for a package. To see what’s in my battery. Are you kidding me? Same for Prepare My Trip. If I want to send a destination to the satnav it’s gonna cost £110 for same package. But wait. There’s a promo code for a discount. I paste it in to see how much it’s worth and am told ‘Code Invalid’. I try again later and can’t get that far anymore. Clicking anything now gets me “There’s been an error processing your request”.
I don’t know what’s more annoying. Having to pay an expensive subscription to access basic features of the car I own. Or not being able to hand over the money. Throughly unimpressed. My next car won’t be a Vauxhall if this “enjoy your car for 6 month only” policy remains.
2 years and the app still doesn’t work well
Had our corsa electric for 2 years. The app is honestly awful. Full of faults, issues and problems that therefore cause problems for the owner.
We also have a Tesla and the difference between both companies apps is clearly noticeable straight away. Vauxhalls app is full of issues. I’d go as far as saying the app is so bad it’s useless most of the time. Eg. When your car is parked on your drive and you want to check if it’s charging as instructed (as the car also is hit and miss when setting it to charge at a specific time overnight), you can’t check via the app as it won’t update. After over 20 tries with the app instructing it to update the cars status is just says failed. You then have to go outside to physically check to see if the car is charging as it’s important it does so we can use the car to get to work for example. This is just one of many issues that the Vauxhall app has. In the 2 years we’ve had the car the issues still haven’t been resolved. There’s plenty of mobile signal where we live.
Teslas app just works and works well. No hassle at all. Just wish Tesla made a smaller car just for shorter journeys….

Doesn’t really work well. Poor connection, no tutorials. They really need to work on this

Failed to connect to vehicle ! No problem with any other app I use in my car , but the Vauxhall app doesn’t work very well in a Vauxhall vehicle ! June 2024 still not working !
