The app won’t even connect to the camera after several attempts. Perhaps the developers should check that out maybe.

What a surprise as it’s down more than it works. Consistency is key when, you know, you want to be able to monitor your children. But this app and camera system ain’t it

The app crashes often. Today the app didn’t accept my sign in email and I can’t even sign back in after logging out. I deleted the app, downloaded again, and am still locked out. Having caregivers in the home, the access to the app is critical!

It has worked very well for some years but it has stopped working with iOS 14, shame!

It’s worked well in the first day, after I change the camera place it’s need to be connected again. I tried to re-connect the camera but the app is crashing

Great camera technology but the software does not support the hardware. You do not receive the motion alerts to your phone due to Apple restricting Vtech software rights. Vtech has to figure out a workaround to resolve this, because the customer fraud is being committed when a product does not support the features that it is sold and advertised to have. FIX THIS NOW!!!!

Seeing all these negative reviews and I can’t even connect the camera to the app to even make a proper one. When the app ask to switch to the camera from the WiFi it just loads then when it finishes nothing. Is there a reason for this? Or is the app a dud?

The app crashes whenever I try to check event recordings (local). It’s soooo annoying! And it takes a long time to download. Guess I ought to buy something newer 🤷‍♀️ and possibly a different brand 🤔

The camera will work only if the app is open. I can’t use another app on my phone at the same time. The notifications (for movement detection) only show up when I open the camera inside the app and they show up without a notification sound. Sound detecting feature is not showing. The app will not notify me if my baby is crying.

Not sure what happened but every time I try to add a second camera it crashes. So frustration! Does anyone else have this issue or solution. Please help!
