I stopped shopping at Zara and came across this site. I’m amazed at how affordable and high quality their items are. I love the unique designs and variety of sizes and colors. The site doesn’t seem pretentious like other similar online clothing shops. I love the oversized selection and I found the grey mule kitten heels I’ve been on a mission for quite some time.
The app is fine if you’re just browsing but it is terrible if you actually purchase anything. Will not show you any shipping details for location just that it’s on its way. It will also say delivered and order completed several days before your order actually makes it to you. It did this to me for all three orders which seems like a shady practice. NOT ONE SINGLE LINK WORKS in their return policy section in your completed orders on the app. Which makes returning things a total nightmare having to go find all the information elsewhere. If I could give this app zero stars I would. Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time with a shopping app. Some advice to the development team… do better.
They send my parcel to CVS for pickup even though I choose delivery and then they never sent a tracking number so I had no clue when it was delivered. After delivery, CVS could not find it without the tracking number. The customer service rep was useless as well and just said it is what it is when I asked them to deliver it since they charged for shipping. WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN!
As I attempted to make a return my return slip was withheld by customer service.
I ordered jeans but they never arrived. I tried contacting customer service about this but they never texted me back. They do not care about their customers.
The app works well but when the store states free shipping, it always adds on shipping and other fees. It’s odd. Not sure what’s going on there…

Great quality and amazing and easy app
The only problem I had with the app is trying to figure out my size. I’m conflicted between XS/S at times.
This app is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate—I love it!
