Best workouts for gaining muscle and losing weight.
I’ve tried many workout apps. This has the best of muscle building and cardio. Great warm up and mobility sessions included. There are a lot of supersets and giant sets in which I’m getting used to. The metcon at the end of each workout is challenging and I love it. This doesn’t have a food tracker but it does give you your macros and calories and a check in day and it will adjust them after check in.
