Seems like a rather useless app. Absolutely no data appears in it, only asks if you want to unlock Pro. Has access to health but does nothing with it. Too bad. -edit- In response to developer: yes, *all* health access options it asked for are enabled. I’ve also re-installed the app and eventually even got the beta version to see if that contains any fixes. It doesn’t work, no data ever appears and in beta the “trends” tab also only states data will “appear over time”, but never populates. The app is empty. -edit on devs response: 1.8.1 does not fix it, app still doesn’t populate any data at all. (iPhone 13 Mini, iOS 16, WatchOS 9 on series 6, Dutch locale)
-edit on devs response: Yeah I know. I have set sleep schedules and my phone and watch automatically toggles to the Sleep focus… I also did manually, no bueno. The app simply isn’t working regardless of any setting, any focus, the Watch app being there or not (draining the Watch extremely fast), Watch status or whatever. It never populates any data at all. I see in the reviews that I’m not the only one with this problem either. And tbh: whilst I have looked at the Focus, it’s not like the app gives any information on what you should or shouldn’t be doing - room for improvement there as well. But either way; the app does absolutely nothing and no matter how the app, phone or Watch are configured: it won’t populate data.
-edit2:
I’ve finally got one entry. Removed the Watch-app from the Watch and disabled “useSleepMode” for the upcoming night. That was the only setup combination I hadn’t tried yet. (I did try uSM disabled, but that didn’t fix it.) A few hours later it suddenly popped up that it had analysed the prior night. If this is due to uSM, then it looks like the app fails to detect the Sleep focus properly; not sure why I had to remove the Watch-app. But the Watch-app drains the device anyway. I do require the apnea detection so not sure how that affects it.
Slaaptijd klopt niet.
Ik slaap meer dan app aangeeft.
Registratie in bed is goed. Maar volgens app lig ik uren wakker.
Tell me to wear in bed but no data
I have worn it in bed but it keeps saying “wear in bed” and has no data!
Registreert gewoon helemaal niet
Afgelopen nacht rond 3 uur was ik Blijkbaar dood want de registratie stopt dan volledig. 😂 wat een waardeloze app
Worthless
The reports are never correct. There are other apps much better. Do not buy. App was releases too early.
Needs lots of work
1.1.6: Today again NapBot crashes when I try to save edits. Again completely unable to correct sleep time for last night.
1.1.5: Still crashes after edits. Still overrides manual edits I make with wrong and longer sleep times. Still counts time on Apple Watch charger as sleep time.
Original: I love the ability to edit times up to the exact minute, both time asleep and time in bed. Unfortunately, NapBot more than once decided to discard all my changes after an hour or so, because apparently it thought I slept some longer. Today, I can’t even correct it, because it immediately overrides my edits after I made them. Also, once, it took the time the watch was on the charger, while showering after getting up, and marked it as sleep time. Furthermore, the app has crashed a couple of times, and it’s somewhat slow to display data after launching the app. Except for figuring out what time I went to bed with the intention to sleep, I find the algorithm to work pretty decent, in detecting sleep/awake, and I’m curious to find out if it improves over the coming weeks. I suppose the ML component is that it’s learning from my edits.
Can’t delete in bed
25/10
As you mentioned, also in the latest update it’s still not possible to delete “in bed” measurements which are wrong
After update it’s still not possible to delete wrong measures, the save button is greyed out. Also when deleting from the Health app put the results back.
Nice app, but it’s not possible to delete some of the wrong measurements.
It says i’ve been in bed for 32 hours 😂
