請問HEART RATING指數問題
嗨 製作團隊好 我想請問我今天早上起來發現我的HEART RATING指數都是一片藍（resting)，平均值超過正常值的60以上（62）。 第一次出現這個現象，這一兩個月出現的都是低於或是參差不一樣。 是代表我在睡眠的過程都很安穩嗎？

Subscription information
Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account as soon as you confirm your purchase. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal from your Account Settings after the purchase. Your subscription will renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The cost of renewal will be charged to your account in 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

I was wearing my Apple Watch while I was sleeping and it did not work at all when I woke up
PROMOTIONAL SALE A LIE
They promised the $14.99 deal for the annual so I bit and boom.... Today, charged $19.99 and no way to get my money back.
Only offered coupon after I paid
So ofc I was not eligible. Well, y'all got me this time.... But I won't be resubscribing

I had everything set up and ready to use. Then for some reason it did not track my sleep

This app only shows you the days you open it. If you don’t open it it doesn’t pull previous days records.

It doesn’t even register that I went to sleep
Doesn’t do anything
No matter what I do- I get nothing in the app. It just keeps saying “trends appear over time.” i’ve done everything right, even sent emails back-and-forth with the developer. I feel like I had my money stolen.
Inconsistent
Used to be much better. On some Days I have to wait hours for the previous nights results to appear. Many time is I get up to pee after midnight the app does not count the hours I was asleep before midnight.
Disappointed
We subscribed this app paying $19.99 yearly, but there is no showing of sleep stage data. It doesn’t s allow us to submit the review. We tried to submit the review many times not sure it can go through this time.
