App does not work. Unresponsive when opened and crashes immediately.

You need to be a member to view past receipts.

Unable to edit the credit card in the app. Continues to go back to zip code error. Doesnt work. Needs fixed. Cant add my AmEx card.

The application doesn’t pick the corporate code from profile or provide an option to enter the code making it useless.

I’ve downloaded this mobile app three times and every time I try to sign in it tells me an error has occurred but no code or reason.

Definitely rent with national if you only need a car to be available about 50% of the time you reserve one.

Emerald checkout has not worked for almost a year. Great feature that just causes irritation now. Used to be awesome! App has gotten slower and glitchier with every update.

App is clean looking and easy to book a car, but why aren’t my reservations I made on my computer on the app? Why do I have to have my confirmation number to search for my reservation on the app? Why isn’t it all linked to my Emerald Club number?

Can’t search for a reservation. Click on search bar and the keyboard doesn’t come up. Pretty useless app until this gets fixed.
