App is a complete joke. Ancient interface and still not optimized for “modern” (post 2017) IPhones 😂

This app is a disgrace. Despite repeated changes to the same departure station the app did not update the results. As a consequence I have a wait of three quarters of an hour.

Overall the experience is good, i can easily check the platform, the routes and stops. All the practical usages are there, even has real time update (for example with a train or schedule problem/change). One huge downside of using the app for me is the outdated user interface, could have been a lot better. And sometimes the planner reload and i have to reenter the details again even when I don’t completely close the app.

With this new release the selection of date/time in dark mode is not usable (can’t read selection: white on white). To the dev: can you please use and test your app before releasing anything. To Apple: need a way to revert back to previous version for poorly released apps (of which you share responsibility).

Works well. Easy to use. Seems to be kept well up to date. Very user friendly. Would have been 4.5* but for the lack of a service disruption page. These are only given via journey planning, but do include future engineering works which is good. Prices would be handy too but the incomprehensible nature of fares on Britain's railways makes this nye on impossible I think. An impressive app. No singing, no dancing just an easy to use app that does what it says it does on the tin.

The planner still shows trains that existed before the pandemic but no longer run since. For example East Grinstead to Farringdon will list all train 36 mins past the hour that have not run for years. It must be easy to fix. It is misleading so many passengers. I am sure it is not just limited to the East Grinstead timetable.

Inaccurate database with some of the newer stations missing. I wouldn’t say Worcestershire Parkway was that new but it’s not in the database. Nearest it got was Worcester Park which is a totally different location /station ! So confusing !

The concept is good, but the app is so unwieldy it defies belief. You set your outward and return journeys in the front part of the app but when you select “buy tickets” it takes you back to start of the process and you have to select your times again. And then it does it again….. I have this app because I need it for buying tickets, but it is not logical or easy to use.

Won’t let me passed Information to complete a survey. I can’t scroll up to say yes or no so that doesn’t work.

Have installed and reinstalled - can’t work out how to get the Apple Watch app to install. Not clear from the instructions. Taking the watch option in the iPhone app brings a page that it’s impossible to get out of without closing the app.
