Never found an app as bad as this one, complete let down from NatWest, just give us a simple, intuitive view in the main banking app to view our credit card spend statement style… sack the app developers, buy in a third party app developers from any of the major credit cards and it will be a vast improvement to the useless piece of memory stealing junki currently have…

Can’t login - as I don’t receive one time passcode

Neilog on

United Kingdom

There seems to be an issue with the one time passcode function on iPhones which means I’m unable to login and do my job properly. It was working ok but has suddenly stopped for no reason. I put my SIM card in a different brand of phone and it works fine. This leads me to believe that the SIM card is ok and that the issue is iPhone/app related. Unfortunately I’ve had to return the other make of phone so I’m stuck without access. I’ve reinstalled the app and tried every fix suggested by customer service but still doesn’t work. Nobody seems able to help!

If I could give it no stars I would! You can’t even view your over balance or make changes to how much you want to pay. Absolute waste of time

Can’t verify details

Copying and pasting details from NatWest letter yet the registration doesn’t work. Now I must waste my time finding support.

It doesn’t work for online purchases. We are a business and perhaps one in ten transactions are authenticated . We are unable to place orders. Please can you sort out the glitches in your app as it’s causing problems .

Took 3 days to setup and now won’t approve any of online transactions. Rubbish not an app

Causes endless headaches

Causes endless headaches, doesn’t do anything that I need… Much like the bank behind it. I will be changing banks for both business and personal banking, asap.

Appalling piece of junk

Absolutely useless. Cannot switch card to my account, despite being the account owner. Card is still connected to ex-business partner’s email address and it cannot be changed.

absolutely useless

“in order to continue you must open the terms” and you can’t click forward unless you do this… but guess what, once you’ve opened this and read it, it sends you back to the beginning again, where you are greeted with a message that says: “in order to continue you must open the terms” It’s an endless loop of stupidity. all the while an ad pop up saying “why not use the app” rules the top of my screen. you idiots. Who checks this?! doesn’t natwest have any money for this?? It’s a joke. It’s so painfully stupid I’ll be thinking about switching banks soon… oh and by the way, the only reason I need to use clear spend is to “ok” a payment online for £0.00 what a life purgatory app. bin it and choose another better bank guys, it’s the only way they’ll listen.
