I initially bought naughty girl fitness because looked different than other workout video online apps. I was so surprised by the energy it creates and also how in time it is with the struggles that we as women face. Of course self esteem but also concentration; the videos are high energy, awesome aesthetic. Furthermore, as women we struggle with failure and not achieving our goals; every video has micro-cognitive behaviour type motivations mixed in. It’s definitely what I was hoping for and more. It was unexpected but this program has become essential not only in my fitness journey but on my healing journey as well.

The vibes are 🔥 the instructors are incredible, and the workouts always leaving me feeling better than when I started. More confidence. More fun. More love.

So I did my first workout today, but it took me forever just to do it because the app does not work when it comes to Chromecast and Apple Air. It freezes and glitches. It definitely wasn’t my internet cause the website worked fine on my MacBook. Please fix app. Otherwise I love this workout and can’t wait to do another one which is something I have never said about working out.

It’s naughty, spicy, sexy, cool, calming, stress relieving!! It is freaking amazing!! If your thinking about trying… STOP thinking and start doing!!

Decided to look for more of a fun workout. Came across naughty girl fitness on tiktok and tried it out. I love it it’s fun and I get in a sweat. I found after a month of doing her and her teams dance workouts my confidence has improved so much. 🫶🏽

The workouts are super short and easy to follow. 5/5.

Excellent workout - great music & motivating words. She’s pretty raw and gets down and dirty but it’s exactly what I needed. I genuinely enjoy her routines. App runs great and airplays to my tv with ease!
