I Love NaughtyGirlFitness! This is My Go To Workout App & Dance Party At Home ! I Love Janelle & Her Team Her Vibe is So Amazing !!! She Makes You Feel Like Her Presence Is In Your Living Room 😂

I’ve been wanting to try out NGF for awhile now and so glad I now have the time and space to fully dive in. I love how fun, real, and thoughtfully curated each workout is. I always feel more empowered after a workout, even if it kicked my butt. Love love love it !!

I have been doing this for a few weeks now, and I really love the way all of the workouts make me feel. I have told everyone I know about Naughty Girl Fitness and so far all of them have loved it as well! I have lost a few pounds and an inch or two myself, and several of my friends have reported the same. Highly recommend!

These naughty girl classes are sassy and fun and a fabulous workout. I use them when I’m traveling and can’t get to my regular dance and barre classes!

I stumbled upon NGF after giving birth to my first child. I was depressed and lost trying to navigate parenthood and my new body. I started easy with level 1 and intros. After each workout I felt empowered. Sometimes crying during the closing statements from any instructor. During some workouts I felt silly and uncoordinated. After 8 months of using the app and participating in challenges I feel strong, sexy, and confident/accepting about my new body and mind. I love NGF because it challenges me, makes me laugh, cry, and reflect. The connection between mind and body is so important. Janelle really knows how to connect the two. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to go on a mindfulness workout journey! It is transformative 🥰

I’m having sooooo much fun, I can fit it in when my kids nap and I never wanted to work out more in my life. If you love to dance this is perfect.

I absolutely love Naughty Girl Fitness! Janelle delivers on the routines by making it fun to workout! It would be nice to have a feature in the app to check off the workouts like with the monthly schedule that is made on Facebook or even better to make your own routine! But otherwise this is an Amazing program! The music, the guidance, the motivational quotes are so good and help me start the day on a positive note! It is so good overall!

Consistency in working out is tough but naughty girl fitness has made that easy AND fun! Add NGF into your weekly workout routine for a workout you won’t dread. You’ll laugh and smile while you grind to reach your goals!
