App will not delete off IPad - We’re giving up, closing our accounts
On the IPad, all iCloud is turned and kept off.
On the IPad, automatic app downloads and updates are turned off.
Then, we tried to remove the NFCU app fully from General Settings, that doesn’t work.
We also deleted the NFCU app repeatedly from Home Screen by pushing down and selecting remove app.
App ghost shell stills comes back next reboot, and even worse, despite deleting this way, IOS still shows the app is installed.
All we wanted to to do was re-install to correct problems we were having and this is what we are faced with.
It’s unreal. After every reboot, a shell of the NCFU comes back….a totally unfunctional shell that does nothing visibly (cannot be started), and it just will not delete cleanly of new IPads. Plus you can’t reinstall it since the IPad says NFCU is still installed. Catch 22.
This is the last straw for us. Repeated asking for help from NFCU, and they are clueless and have no clue. We are going to have to wipe the whole IPad using reset to see if we can get away from the massive app programming error on the part of NFCU app administrators.
Not only are we closing our personal N?FCU accounts, but our two business accounts are being closed too. This will hurt them and I know we’ll get repeated phone calls, but this is the route they’ve chosen.
We are just past fed up of dealing with this ineptness from NFCU.
