They got rid of….
The newest app version no longer has the currency converter or other neat tools. Who decided to nix it - and why weren’t customers consulted/polled about it?

Awesome. Has everything the U.S. app has
This is the exact same app as the NFCU app from the US and has all the same functionality. I was hesitant to use it at first due to the low rating but those are old and if anything went wrong I know NFCU would have me covered anyway.. It’s good to have all my same banking needs met while in Canada!
Would be a great app if.....
The main purpose of this app would be to check your balances, make transfers, credit card payments.....all fine if you have an iPhone. If you have an iPod touch or a Wi-Fi iPad the App is nothing more than an advertisement platform for rates and contact information. Once installed you are referred back to the Navy Fed webpage to setup mobile. This requires a verified mobile number with no options for Wi-Fi use. It is what is is....but the App Store download page states that it is iPod touch comparable and since there are no cell numbers for any type of iPod touch this is wrong. (Needs to clarify 3G iPad only comparability as well) Maybe one day they will make a change. At that point I'll give it a 5. Sent from my disrespected iPad Wi-Fi.
New update
The new update removed all of my banking info. Just weird update
UPDATE! New app issues…
The app is not working last 14 hours can’t log in at all!! I guess it’s time to change it I’m really not happy….I have my other review below from couple weeks ago… I also saw a lot of reviews about new app issue.. Why this is not handling well I really wonder?? It’s been around 2 weeks you guys trying to fix this app… whenever I need to transfer money there is always something and the app won’t log me in. You need to fix this asap.
Making more complicated
Why would you want to make it more complicated for us to pay our bills and transfer money

Please bring back the calendar showing our future paycheck. Also transferring money is so confusing now like old one was straight to the point. There’s too much going on right now. Update: why make me go online instead of just showing my future pay with in the app?! Bring the calendar back

The new Navy Federal App is HORRIBLE!! I wish they didn’t update it. Please change it back to how it was before this more recent update.
New update
I really hate this new update, it is a bit confusing, they still re organize your expenses so you can go into overdraft and to top it off they removed the Calendar that was a very useful tool, please bring back this feature.
Return the calendar
Some of these long months are already stressful enough, but with the new update not being able to see when I’m being paid when me and many other military members have to shape our lives around our paychecks makes the stress skyrocket for no reason. Why was this update even considered to be a good idea? Please give us back the calendar
