Allow me to explain why this game fails to deliver, starting with the most glaring issues. First and foremost, the game doesn’t call shooting fouls—ever. In real basketball, players regularly get fouled while attempting shots, but here, no matter how obvious the contact, the refs are nowhere to be found. You can be elbowed mid-air or hacked on your way up for a layup, and the game simply ignores it. The lack of foul calls breaks the immersion and frustrates players who are used to the rules of basketball being followed. Secondly, there’s a serious problem with the ball-stealing mechanics. Every time you attempt to steal the ball, even when perfectly timed and positioned, the game almost always calls a "reach-in foul." It’s not only unrealistic but also maddening. Stealing the ball is a core part of basketball, and yet this game punishes you for doing it right. It’s as if the game is set up to favor the offense no matter what you do on defense. Which brings me to my next issue: the defensive mechanics are downright awful. The "defend" button, which should be your lifeline in stopping drives and contesting shots, feels completely useless. Players seem to float around or get stuck in animations, unable to react quickly enough to challenges. On top of that, defenders often miss basic rotations or fail to contest shots even when you're right on top of the shooter. It’s as if the game is actively working against you when you're trying to play solid defense. And if you think passing is the solution, think again. The passing system is a mess, with erratic passes that often miss the intended target for no apparent reason. Even when you successfully pass to a teammate, the game somehow calls an out-of-bounds violation when the ball bounces off the rim. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve seen a perfectly timed pass go straight to a player, only for it to be deemed out of bounds because it hit the rim or the backboard. It’s absurd and ruins the flow of the game. In conclusion, this basketball video game not only fails to deliver an authentic experience, but it also frustrates players at nearly every turn. Keep getting a pop up telling me I’m over the 750 card limit even though I only have 380 cards. Please fix, very frustrating.

Developers, can u explain to me why when I hold the defend button, my player doesn’t even play defence but instead runs all the way to the paint?

this game is really fun when it’s not freezing every second every time i play my game just freezes and lags and crashes and i have great wifi and a iphone 15 and it’s just unplayable
