It says you get a discount with the app but not if you already took a paper ticket.

Needs a lock screen timer

Metal__Mickey on

Easy enough to use app, but other parking apps have the count down timer in both the lock screen and dynamic island, these would make life easier

Appalling

This is a dangerous app. I had to stand alone in the dark in Glasgow city centre with my phone in my hand to download an app, sign up for account, add my card details and then pay for parking. It took me ten minutes instead of 2 minutes. I thought I was going to get mugged. I was also late for my dinner arrangements. I will NOT be using NCP EVER again. I will be deleting the app and my bank details from it after writing this review. I am disgusted.

So easy.

The easiest app I’ve ever used. I love it.

Impossible to set up

Would not accept any payment method. Cannot even look at prices of parking with out adding a payment method. Complete waste of time.

Outdated

yogiwolves on

United Kingdom

Massively outdated system, doesn’t include Apple Pay and encourages you to use the machines instead.

Parking made easy NOT

Holttown on

Ridiculous amount of personal information needed to park car on what is essentially a piece of wasteland. I will avoid at all costs in future

Terrible

Awful app. Why is there no Apple Pay integration??? Surely this should be a basic requirement?

Requires far too much personal information

I didn’t want to download this app but I was in a rush and the machine wouldn’t let me buy a ticket. So I download the app just to get on my way. Of course it requires I create another unnecessary account, the account requires my full name, my phone number, my email address (then wants to spam me), and then actually requires that I give them my card details for them to save, despite accepting Apple Pay at the point of buying a ticket. I don’t see why I have to trust a company with my personal information and payment details just to park a car. Just take my reg plate and let me pay with Apple Pay. If they just had a website for that I could pay in a few seconds, and maybe then people wouldn’t hate using a phone to pay for parking. At least it was easy to delete my account but let’s see how long it takes them to do it. I hate companies who so casually force me to hand over unnecessary personal information. I’ll just avoid their car park from now on.
