Malfunzionamento deumidificazione
Il sistema è impazzito. Non deumidifica più. In casa ho tasso umidità che arriva al 70% con acqua pura sul pavimento…non condensa ma acqua vera e propria.
La peggiore App in continua involuzione
La peggiore App mai avuta sul mio iPhone fin da quando sono stato costretto mio malgrado a usarla per colpa della casa nuova… ma il bello è che sono in grado di peggiorarla a ogni rilascio! Se ne fregano di centinaia di segnalazioni inviate da tutti i condomini del nostro palazzo tanto siamo schiavi di questo sistema e non abbiamo scampo!
Non funziona
Dopo ore (mesi) di tentativi per configurare il sistema, ci ho rinunciato. Non funziona e non riconosce i sensori installati in casa. App inutile
Non si aggiorna la temperatura imposta
Purtroppo dall'ultimo aggiornamento, qualsiasi temperatura che imposto non si aggiorna e ritorna alla precedente inserita manualmente
Malfunzionamento
Ho installato da poco il sistema di riscaldamento e Raffrescamento e l’app non sta funzionando. È possibile avere notizie?
Accesso negato
Accesso all’app non riuscito: server occupato riprovare più tardi.
Il server è occupato o non raggiungibile.
Accesso negato sul mio iPhone 6, non appena vengono inserite le credenziali corrette viene visualizzata la schermata “accesso riuscito” per qualche secondo, subito dopo appare la dicitura “Il server è occupato o non raggiungibile, riprovare più tardi.”. Ciò rende inutilizzabile l’app in quanto, anche riprovando più e più volte, l’accesso viene negato
Bug
dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento (marzo 2024) il valore della temperatura esterna non si aggiorna correttamente. Inoltre viene visualizzato modalità assenza sempre, rendendo complicato capire come il sistema stia lavorando. Mi domando se questo aggiornamento sia stato provato prima di essere pubblicato.
Malfunzionamento generale
Dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento dell app de 4 marzo il sistema non funziona bene. I pararti impostati non vengono rispettati. Sulla schermata iniziale compare fissa la modalità in assenza da casa anche se impostata in presenza. Sulla parte inferiore dx non compare più l icona casetta per impostare velocemente assenza o presenza. Cosa si può fare? Saluti r grazie
