Can't login in on the app since it has updated

The transactions dates on the app are always incorrect, it’s never in the correct order & not only that but your available balance is never truly in real time. Makes it really difficult to understand your own bank balance as well as money coming in/going out. This area could definitely use some work.

Just updated the app and I can’t make a payment! Loaded a new beneficiary, waited for the one time authorization and all of a sudden a one time pin will be sent to my phone. Almost an hour later and still no pin. I had to make other external plans to pay the beneficiary. What is going on Nedbank? I rely on this app!

The in-app marketing notifications can’t be switched off. That is terribly frustrating. Otherwise it’s not too bad, just unnecessarily complicated.

The loan process breaks and stops at the final stage and when coming back to continue the process it is disabled.

I moved from fnb to Nedbank, worst mistake. The app doesn’t have nearly as much features, simple thing like card replacements, debit reversal, the chat to agent option is useless coz they’ll just tell you to call a number

Such a stupid app not allowing me to log into my bed bank account without it saying your updated t&cs with it being like that for months we we tried fixing it work for a DAY then go to its updated t&cs. I DO NOT RECCOMEND getting with Nedbank as a bank they are stupid and do not fix their problems on their app. They do not allow me to order my McDonalds buy data or airtime or even check my balance + more. Do not bank with Nedbank

Getting kids qr code for kids digital banking very difficult please assist

I have to constantly delete and download the money application because the face will not work , this is very annoying because it’s wasting my time and data
