Impossible to Open Account from Abroad
After trying to open an account online, I was told to use this app to verify my identity. After, verifying my identity on this app, I am asked for my address. However, the app does not allow international addresses, and there is no way to continue without filling in all the fields.
Worst banking App
This App has by far the most complicated system to do payments. What happened to the simplistic system where you can just fill in the recipient information i.e. IBAN, Name etc. And the amount and finished? But no, „Let’s make as many steps as possible to get there“

Selective amnesia
Every 4-6 weeks this app forgets the cards associated with, requiring a lengthy call or visit to a branch to get it set up again (and again, and again...)

It’s a pleasure to work on the Nedbank banking app. 5* rating.
Can’t use the app
Because of our age we can not use the app till the bank calls us. This is silly and it is difficult to understand then and do not trust giving information over the phone.
Nothing ever works
More errors thank usable features actually considering cancelling my account and going to a different bank it is that aggravating to use.
Terrible
Trying for more than a month to get this sorted. Does not recognize me. No one can help me. Changing banks. Terrible
Not Easy to Use
I preferred the previous version. It was easier to use and manage payments and look up payment history. This APP constantly shows you wrong balances. Sometimes it doesn’t display balances or tells you that there are no transactions. Really frustrating when you are constantly on the go and you have a number of transactions going in and out your account that you can’t track properly. There are a couple new options but nothing significant.
