App is trash

Esolohd on

This app is trash every time I open the app I have to keep searching for my panel lights and get this, when I add them it doesn’t even show up on the Home Screen . I have to keep adding them like three times and order for it to show up. And sometimes it only works for one panel lights. I have two of these . I advise to not invest in this brand

Horrible app

So far so good

As others have said, I’m not sure why there are bad reviews. Maybe the app was less reliable before — or maybe will become so. But it was super easy to add the lights I just received, the controls are intuitive. The response time of the app with the lights seems instant. I’m happy so far.

Love the light but I wish it had a way to use them with the stream deck

Great lights. Sometimes glitchy.

Once you get the hang of this app, you start to figure out how to work around the things that don’t quite work as smoothly as you’d like. It seems like things have gotten a bit better lately.

Bluetooth doesn’t work

I have the ER1 slider and can’t connect to the app at all, pretty dumb considering they don’t sell it with the remote anymore.

Login is terrible

Jdstarek on

United States

The app doesn’t actually create a user account or profile. As such, you cant just open it like any normal app. Every time you use it you have to provide your email, have it email you a code, then login with the code. It’s a complete pain. The app itself works as expected, it’s fine (nothing to get excited about).

Please Help and Update!

Your lights are amazing - they're so well-built and fantastic. However, having to control your lighting system through this app is extremely frustrating. As a wedding videographer, I urge you to please update and improve this application, or create a remote control option for your lights. It's very frustrating to work with your lights, despite the amazing quality of your products.
