It connects to the lights straight away.

Dreadful software means I can’t use my CB200 as intended I.e. remotely. Impossible for a disabled videographer. I don’t have any alternative but to send it back.

App detects NEEWER MS150B via Bluetooth but fails to add the light to the app and therefore cannot use the app to control light. Be grateful for a solution from Neewer

This app is fantastic, way beyond my expectations.

Tried multiple times but the app won't send a verification code. Out of a dozen attempts I got one but on entering all I got was an error message. Tried using guest mode but all I can do is turn them off. Useless.

Got it for the Neewer FS150B Easy to connect and control. Can even turn it on and off from the app so don’t need to reach for it the switch every time I’m done using it So far so good

No matter what I do, the camera slider just doesn’t appear on the Neewer app. I have other Neewer products that connect fine but this camera slider doesn’t and it’s the most frustrating thing.. especially as the product itself isn’t cheap.

Loved my rgb 530’s , they updated the app and they no longer work via Bluetooth control ! Won’t be using these or neewer lighting anymore

I bought some RGB 530 light panels a couple years back that have worked mostly flawlessly for me. It could be a little hesitant at times. However since the app has recently been updated it can no longer find these lights, nor do the lights show up in the reset menu. This has now made it a pain when setting up the lights as I often have them in awkward to reach places. I’m now looking at going away from Neewer for this very reason.

The installation process was incredibly straightforward, thanks to the clear and concise instructions provided. I encountered no issues while connecting it to my device, which made the setup seamless. As for usability, it's impressively user-friendly, making it easy for anyone to navigate and utilize its features."
