Works okay but reopening the app after prior use just shows an earlier snapshot. You have to quit the app and restart it to get a realistic view of the aircon’s status. It would be good if you could add new schedules via the app.

This app is absolute garbage. I can’t connect to my system while in my own home and connected to the same wifi. How can you clowns get it so wrong? My system is less than 12 months old too. I had written a review saying I’d change to a different app but I just checked the others and they are rated worse than this one. I’d suggest not buying from Actron as they obviously do not care about the end user experience.

Just as everyone else says. Offline and no way to resolve. Stay well away from this unit. Not worth the serious expense

Worse app I ever use always crashing

Works really well after the updates! This app used to be the worse when it comes to Smart Control over your air conditioning. The old versions had multiple issues like error messages, timer delays or drop outs, connection issues, sometimes you didn’t know if your unit was turned on or off while away from the house because it simply couldn’t connect and tell you anything. This has since been fixed - the app runs 100 times better, no connection issues or dropouts, and when I set a timer, I know it’s going to shut off at that designated time. I am very happy that the developers managed to fix the bugs and make this app one of the best smart home controllers out there. On top of this, it works much better with Google home! So if i ask Google to turn the ac on, i know it will.

I had old app and could not connect at all. But with this new updated app works a treat no issues and easy to use.

Apps works a treat, easy to use and convenient when wanting to cool down the house on my way home from work.

Recent fixes to have durably addressed long running instability. Works pretty much 100% of time now

Neo Connect is a well designed app that is sleep and easy to use with all the features on the physical control panel control right on your iPhone! I would love to see in the next update, integration with Siri (to turn aircon on or off, adjust zones and temperatures, etc.), ability to add shortcut features or Apple Home integration. Doing this will greatly improve accessibility for users with less mobility and will better connect the device to our smart home.
