Faceti ceva cu aplicatia neo bt si bt24 nici nu poti sa te loghezi desi bag corect parola da numai errori … e varzaaaaaaaaaaa cu carne sunteti sub orice critica …toata lumea se plange si nu faceti nimic ! Ce facem ne batem joc de clienti ?
Unele secțiuni nu se deschid
Informațiile din secțiunea “Transactions” nu se deschid (iPhone 13). O eroare apare: “Service temporarily unavailable, please try again later”.
I’m being discriminated
I have an account with your bank, but I’m unable to use the mobile application. Can you explain why this is the case? I feel that I’m being discriminated against. I have a passport, though it isn’t Romanian, so why is it possible to open an account with your bank but not access the app? This situation feels unfair and discriminatory!

Login not working. Change password not working
I’ve made an account in 2020. I wanted to reset my password and I’ve encounter an issue. Now I got told that bt24 will be replace by this app. But until now no one can reset my password, not at the agency, not inochat, no one. I have a bussines account also on this bank, but with more than 4 apps online and half of them not working properly, I really consider to move to another bank.
