Gets the job done! Well integrated.
The app experience was greatly improved recently. Really love how it allows you to do more with the app. Just really wish it doesn’t keep signing me out. That’s the only thing left to fix.
The worst service you can get in KSA
The app is very poor. No services other than selling their funny products No Delevery on time No answering the phone Should change them once I finish my coupons
Designed by a child
Can’t believe how poor the design, functionality, and user unfriendliness of this app. Nestle being a well known company, did any of their managers tried to use this useless app before they approved its use for their customers?.
Terrible new customer experience
Saw an ad on social media, tried signing up for an account - see how many times you can be put through a loop without being able to actually sign up. The product dev team need a lot of help to create an experience that represents the Nestle brand - or at least even a basic one that actually works and does not roadblock constantly. Really terrible first impression.
Barely works
Just use the website as doesn’t even work!
Slow and clunky
Terrible app. Slow and clunky. Don’t bother wasting the storage on your phone. Worse than using the mobile website which it mirrors
