Food is good but really time consuming dealing with the staff.

The delivery drivers are rude and aggressive they leave your food outside your apartment. The customer service is terrible you can’t get in contact with anyone. Im going back to Calo!

Easy way to manage my meal plan!

The food is ok but the sales team were not very helpful in solving issues despite asking to speak with a supervisor I was ignored

**Great Food, Terrible Service** I've been a customer of Right Bite, and while their food is great, the service is seriously lacking. While their food is impressive, their poor service really drags down the overall experience. I expected better from a company like this. If you're only here for the food, you’ll enjoy it. But be prepared for frustrating service.

Their food is tested well, delivery on time. But the thing that makes me not happy At All. they never follow the instructions of the client. I asked not once but 4 times to stop sending a certain type of food, and yet they are sending them. They sent me what was available not what i asked. Where is the management? Unprofessional staff only fake promises that they will never do the same mistake. But every day fight. ( very important point they don’t care of my medical condition. They always send what they need to get rid of it)

Super amazing and delicious food. Clean and excellent food packaging with impeccable delivery service. Staying healthy has become so easy with rightbite and am glad to have made the right choice! Additionally, Rightbite's customer service is outstanding. Their team is always responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience. Considering the quality of the ingredients and the convenience provided, Rightbite offers excellent value for money. Overall, they make healthy eating effortless and enjoyable, and I highly recommend their meal plan service.

Very bad application. We can’t chat or contact anyone. Also we can’t change the meal plan. Not easy to see what we put off for our meal meal day.

I had booked 2 meal plans for which was charged 2 deposits for the cooler bags. The plan was completed around 10th April 2024 and in spite of multiple contacts with their support team and assurance that the deposit would be refunded, I am still waiting for a resolution! Note: I have received one refund on 25/04/2024 but the second deposit refund seems to be lost in translation!!!
