Everything is great but when I load the game again the loading screen freezes.

Trouble opening the app
I have an updated version of the app but it just does not load on opening. On reinstalling the app it opens but once you exit the app it freezes when you reopen it! Facing the problem for more than 2 months.
Not Opening at all
It keeps getting stuck at loading after entering the passcode to my Netflix. And when it opens it doesn’t download any of the stories. I first thought it might be a low network issue but no even after connecting to wifi it’s still not working. I have uninstalled and installed it 3 times already but nothing happens.
Emily in Paris bug
I’m in chapter 11 and the game won’t load after 33% also please increase the amount of dresses and jewellery for the characters
I am getting trouble while opening the app
It is getting freezed while loading after entering the passcode and I am uninstalling and installing the app every time and everyday while playing

I open the new chapter and it’s stops at 33% nd I have been facing this problem for a month now. I am not even able to download new stories.
App not working
This app is really getting worse day by day.You can only access it twice after downloading.After that,it pauses on 20% and does not allow you to go on. @netflix please fix it.
Glitch
The chapter stops loading at 33%, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but it’s of no use. I even changed my network but to no avail. This issue is coming after the most recent update.

Amazing!!!
All the games are nicely made I absolutely loved the visuals of emily in Paris(Alexandre is the most handsome character). I also love the amount of options we get for hair, clothes and accessories.Just wished that yall release one episode daily cause waiting for week is really long (pls release more series would love to see bridgerton)
