Same problem with the other. The stories are great i love it honestly, but if i close it and try to continue the game, it ALWAYS stuck at the 0% loading. I dont know what to do?????

Hello can you help me, this game not loading. As i open the app its 0% and not loading

The game stories were great, until it log out by it self and then play it again, and you stuck with the unloading 0%. And it keeps happening all the time, and when i get to read the reviews, all of it said the same. What’s the point of complaining in the review then? Do you all even fix it? It’s so deeply regreted that this gamestories were all good great and fun, but have to be stuck with the bug thing like that. It’s more than annoying. Seriously,fix this. if not, hope everyone read all the reviews, and you know why you lose players.

Hello please fix the loading is always get stuck in 0%/20% if i uninsttal dan download again is fine but if im force closed it gonna be stuck again

This bug has been on awhile. And I thought after a month uninstalling, the problem has been solved but it always happened every time I relogin the game, the loading bar always stuck on 0% despite having great internet connection. It solved when i uninstall and reinstall it, but evERY time I close the app and reopen it, the problem still there.

Everyone is taking it off, saying the game is stuck on loading! You need to solve this issue before you lose all your players.

when I logged into the game, it stuck in loading screen with 20%
