Lite väl svår att ansluta
Riktigt dålig
På riktigt så är den väldigt dålig styrapp. Får hela tiden felmeddelande att nåt gått fel, men ändå ändrar den acn. Instabil app, ibland loggar den ut mig helt plötsligt. Finns heller inget sätt att stänga av LED i appen. Nä totalt värdelös app som man absolut inte kan lita på. GÖR OM!
FP function don’t work
Device: Canvac Q Heat T-series Canvac Q Heat Wifi adapter NetHome Plus 5.8.0112 iPad iOS 15.7.2 It is not possible to activate the FP function. The button is present in the app, the AC beeps once when pressed and changes color for five seconds. But nothing else happens. With the remote control that comes with the AC, it works great. However, there is no indication in the app wheter FP is activated. Appreciate if this problem could be solved.

Den har funktioner jag behöver, jag hade verkligen inga problem med att ställa in den, till och med att ansluta till Alexa !!!! Tummen upp!!!
So bad
Once again, a new version 5.7.1208 has errors, which cause you to lose contact with the heat pump
Missing function in the app
The app claims all functions are available from the app but I miss one (for me) major function. It is not possible to set the heat pump in frost preventing mode (FP) from the app even though this is possible from. The remote control. I want to be able to do this in the scheduling to have weekends at FP as I one use the office house on weekdays. This should be updated asap before winter. It is energy waste to have high temperature when no one is around.
AC units cannot be added
The app lost our AC units and the app had to be reinstalled and the units added again.
Faulty scheduling
The time scheduling works about 50% of the times. Sometimes it doesn’t start when it schould and sometimes it doesn’t stop. And when it does it’s always a couple of minutes late. The App support page linked here in the App store only leads to a blank page, so where do I get support!?
