NETS App Reviews

Not fit for purpose

opzd2 on

United Kingdom

Keeps telling me to verify email but never sends the verification link. When I try to log in, it says change your email and verify again. Endless loop of hell. Does not work. Badly written app.

Some good ideas, overall poorly executed

Pocad The Magnificent on

Love the idea of being able to top up my cashcard using my phone’s NFC. Excellent initiative! But the app makes the process iverly long and complicated, doesn’t store credit card details from one use to the next and doesn’t integrate eNETS payments (seriously, its your own product, is it that hard?). Overall its a mediocre app that feels so much worse for its wasted potential.

Can’t top up from phone

Zxzqz on

Can’t top up as a tourist without going and buying a physical card. Easier to just use cash.

Utter rubbish

Signed up whilst on vacation in Singapore as the hotel vending machine wanted me to pay using Nets. Registered with my email. It then as for a mobile number, but the prefix was stuck to only a few countries, of which the UK was not one of them! So couldn’t provide my number and therefore couldn’t proceed.

Doesn’t support Uk cards

Why don’t you support international credit cards? Or Apple Pay?

Does exactly what it needs to

Really impressed. Stuck in a carpark with no debit card I was able to top up my flash pay with NFC card and the app even discouraged me from signing up for an account I didn’t need. More apps should be like this! Well done.

Poor service

Rustumji on

Singapore

I needed to update my credit card details for the Auto top-up. After doing it no less than 6 times AND dealing with customer support with a case number, they were and still are unable to update my new card details. Extremely disappointing and poor service!

Poor and full of bug

iduncarewhatname on

Doing a simple top up and fail here and there. Deducted money from credit card but show error and cannot do top up. Trash app

Worst app ever

RLTS555 on

Such a lousy app. Topping up a cashcard is a nightmare - it keeps being unable to detect the cashcard. Each time u log in u have to key in username and password (despite Face ID being enabled). NETS is a monopoly that needs to be disrupted.
