Can’t access account. Can’t reset password. Can’t connect camera and light bulbs which previously worked at a different home. Can’t send email on Mexican NetzHome website for help. Hong Kong website doesn’t respond WhatsApp phone numbers listed are false. Don’t buy this product!! It’s garbage and customer service non existent
I cant connect my alexa to the smart bulbs, you guys need an update
I wasted 2 hours trying to set up your garbage ‘innovative’ product. Tried to reach costumer service and that led to nothing.
Everything was working great until the app as been failing on me it doesn’t even open… STILL NOT WORKING
Not only did I have to download one app to tell me that I have to download another in order to create an account and use my light It won’t even let me connect it I’ve done this multiple times with other lights but yours is pro the worse. I really hope nobody buys these
I ordered this because it said it worked on a Smart phone, I have Apple and it’s completely useless to me. Going to return tomorrow
Followed the instructions multiple times no luck.
The iOS app is broken and can’t set up lightbulbs, so I had to use a friends android phone. After I set it up, I tried to link it to my google home but that doesn’t work either. Not worth the money at all.
I got a lightbulb that changes colors and it won’t let me connect it on my iPhone (my main phone) so I have to connect it to my android for it to work
First the packaging sent me to the wrong app. After getting to the correct app and setting up an account it refuses to pair to the light build. Not only that the light bulb is shining purple and there’s nothing I can do fix it because it won’t pair. If you want a smart light bulb get the geeni one, it’s 100x easier to use. The only thing about geeni it doesn’t a smooth light color transition setting. I don’t know about this one because again it doesn’t work.
