I have been waiting so long for this app!! The amount of variety is insane! So many different workouts for different fitness levels and it’s so easy to follow with clear instructions. The nutrition guide is so helpful and I learnt so much from reading it. Well done Chontel on creating such an awesome app!

I’ve tried a few fitness apps in my time and this is by far the best. Really user friendly (easy to navigate), great workout variety for in the gym and at home programs and the Neuform nutrition ebook in the app is worth the subscription alone, SUPER informative especially for beginners. If you’re on the fence about joining Neuform this is your sign to do it! Chontel has absolutely nailed it!!

Omg absolutely obsessed! Ever since hearing about the launch I have been so excited and the app was everything I wanted and more!! I am a single mum that WFH and find it difficult to get to the gym, so having a option to do quality workouts from home is a game changer. 10/10 did not disappoint !
