I’ve been using this fitness app for a few weeks now, and while the exercises are generally good, I’ve found the app itself to be quite difficult to navigate. First, if you accidentally skip to the next exercise, there’s no way to go back to the one you were meant to be on, which can be really frustrating. There also isn’t much clarity when it comes to the rep count—specifically, when an exercise requires single-arm or single-leg movements. The app just says “reps” without specifying if that’s for each side, leaving some confusion. Additionally, it’s tough to review the entire workout program before you start. A summary or a clearer overview would be really helpful for planning and making sure you know what to expect. Overall, the exercises themselves are solid, but the app could definitely use some improvements in terms of navigation, clarity, and pre-workout planning. With a few updates, it could become a much more user-friendly experience.

The app is incredibly user-friendly, and the exercise demonstrations make it easy to follow along and ensure I’m doing each movement correctly. Since starting these programs, I’ve noticed significant physical results, and so have those around me! As a working mum of two, I really appreciate the flexibility to work out anytime, anywhere, even with limited equipment. It’s empowering to have such effective guidance right at my fingertips, and I’m genuinely impressed with the progress I’ve made so far!

Amazing workout content and super easy to use. Gives you the option to select at home or gym workouts and the option to swap out exercises if you need to. Love it!!

I have been waiting so long for this app!! The amount of variety is insane! So many different workouts for different fitness levels and it’s so easy to follow with clear instructions.
