Unimpressive
The new "remove all people" option seems to just auto-apply a patch tool around the people identified in the photo. It does a decent job of identifying people, but a patch tool is a patch tool. The results are not good. As for the other AI modes, I'm yet to get a good result in any mode, and sometimes the app just slows right down to the point of being unusable.
Scam - worse than stock app
This app does absolutely nothing to the photos I’m taking. It pretends to ‘calculate’ something and then you get similar or worse result compared to stock app. I was expecting way more from Apple app approval team.
Developers please read
Brilliant app, PLEASE can you add the ability to gradually zoom with the camera like the APPLE stock app does - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - also can you make use of the LiDAR sensors to enable better low light focusing??
After I read a lot of reviews from Google about this app I bought it but it’s a waste of time
There is plenty of reviews of this app. But it doesn’t work properly. I have an iPhone SE 2020 and it’s like nothing. Don’t waste your money. I would like to upload a picture to show the result but here you can’t.
Not worth the money
Sure it works it takes way better photos in low light conditions, but at the cost of removing a fair bit of detail (for which it encourages you to spend an extra £3 to enhance the photos) it cannot take a picture of the night sky. You may get one or two stars in there if they’re bright enough but it’s really not worth £4.50. This should be free on iPhone anyway screw apple for not having night mode.
Pretty good
I use a iPhone 8 and since it doesn’t have night mode i use this app in low light conditions . It’s actually really good and it makes my photos kinda look like the 11 in some situations. However it kinda crashes every now and then.
Does not work on iPhone X
I bought this app based on previous review that I read. Tried it and didn’t notice any difference to the regular camera, so then paid extra for the IAP. Still no noticeable improvement. As this did not work as expected, I applied for a refund the same day. It was refused. I appealed, and again it was refused. I can only assume that as no reason was given, the refusal is down to the developers of the app. Usually when I buy something, I expect it to work. If it doesn’t, then you need to either make it work or give me back my money. Please convince me to give a better review.
Number 1 Night Cam for XS Max
Simply superb. I had an iPhone 11 and loved the nightmode. I gave my daughter the iPhone as a surprise and went back to a XS Max as I loved the display. However I missed the nightmode. Having tried 2 other apps I took the plunge and spent the £5. It’s simply superb. Hold the iPhone still and tell the subject to stay still and the results are great. If you are worried about spending the £5 and it’s a waste. Don’t be. It may not be an iPhone 11 beater but it’s massively better than the standard camera. Works fine on XS Mac on ios 15.1. Cheers.
Honestly trash
Its really disappointing how little it does, and it clips the highlights in a really ugly way, street lamps skew yellow in an unpleasant way.
