I'm having to really focus and think to do these exercises.

Fun app.
Basic version is great!
I’ve got ADHD and a lot of these things seem to work on things I struggle with. I would much prefer the premium version to be a one-off cost than to have a subscription. I like that you can get good use of the app without premium - you only miss 1 exercise per session, still get the evaluation, and i’ve been on for 6 days and have only had 1 ad! I do the exercises while doing little things like waiting for a kettle to boil. Definitely recommend!
