Not useable
Won’t even let me finish typing my email/password, just keeps saying my account is locked for some reason lol. Incredible that such a large company would release an app in this state.
Digital Clubcard
At self service checkout the system gives option to scan the Clubcard, if using the digital version it will not accept resulting in lost New World $. Very frustrating, please fix this.
Notifications
App only works if you allow notifications
Normally a great app
I love the app but a recent update has meant that the ‘turn on notifications’ pop up message is really obnoxious and doesn’t scroll so I can’t see any buttons to move forward. I can’t close the window to access the app. I have an iPhone SE. Disappointing. Hopefully another quick update will patch up this bug.
Disaster since updating
I’ve used this app for years without incident. Updated a few days ago and have a notifications notice over it that has no button to ‘allow’ notifications and won’t move out of the way to let me use the club card. The stores tell me it’s happening to other people. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling but the same thing happens. This needs urgent attention, so we can use our club card ASAP Thanks
Notifications prompt
The prompt to turn on notifications covers my screen and I can’t get to anything else. Very frustrating, how can this be fixed. Luckily I have my club card saved elsewhere. Please help fix this.
Big fail
Will not go past allownotification screen. Could not use in store. No staff trained in how to correct issues.
Notification Pop Up Nightmare
in the latest update there is a “pop up” asking me to enable notifications. not only is it irritating. it doesn’t scale down to fit my iphone 14 screen size so I can’t get rid of it and use the app to do my shopping. My daughter logged in to my account from her larger screened phone and clicked “no” and that was fine. However, when I log in to it on my ohone the pop up appears again and I can’t get rid of it. So the app is useless at this current time. I use the app twice weekly to shop so this is beyond an inconvenience.
Useless
App won’t load at supermarket and the points have not loaded onto my account and they don’t seem able to put the points on. Useless!
