Every time I attempt to login I get an error message. I’ve deleted app, restarted phone done updates & nope still got the oops error has occurred. So frustrating as I live 2 hours away from my nearest supermarket & I like to place an order for my freight to collect. Very disappointing

No way of adding to Apple wallet so have to open the app to get to the card. Also not doesn’t show in settings or mobile data so can’t set what permissions it has or data access. Deleted and went back to the old plastic card until it’s improved.

If you forget your card at home just request the cashier look up your phone number and save yourself the trouble of trying to get this app to work. Despite the negative reviews I downloaded the app and was immediately shown why. Couldn’t log in so requested to reset my password. No email came despite the app saying an email had been sent. Repeated this about a million times to be sure and didn’t receive a single email not even in the junk folder.

App doesn’t work. Will not open. I deleted and reinstalled but then you have to login again....but App won’t open so I am not able to login. Going around in circles! Wish I had never updated.

Tried to register my club card online and it will not allow says to download the app which I was already on!????

The app wouldn’t even load, so I tried reloading it and now I’m locked out. So I guess I’m stuck using my physical Clubcard. New World don’t just sell cabbages, their app department is run by them.

Changed phone logged in, no club card. Literally the only reason to use the app. Try registering card fails. Says contact support, complete amateur hour and obviously a known issue judging by other reviews.

The app continues to show error. Can not open. Very frustrating.

I believe these club cards to be a scam anyway, but what’s worse is when the app logs you out and you’re standing there with impatient customers while you’re trying to log back in. The app didn’t let me in to either of my accounts so I lost out on all the ‘club priced’ items that I picked.

I love this app! It’s so user friendly and has everything at your fingertips
