Newegg - Tech Shopping Online

I have dealt with new egg for years now and could not say one bad thing about them. Top notch service if there’s a problem it gets resolved.

Great app!! I have ordered a bunch of stuff from here and even built a pc. The app made it easy to pick what I wanted and it ships at a decent rate!Even have had my friends build their pc’s on this app. Thank you for this creation, it Has made a difference.

The main reason I keep this app around is to create wishlists, but I swear. Every time I turn around it never adds the parts to the list, or it doesn’t remove parts when you refresh.

Newegg has adopted a lot of anti-consumer policies, including preventing you from even browsing their selection if your system time is wrong in your device. So if you live on the west coast but set your computer clock to the east coast, Newegg will lock you out. Using a VPN? Newegg will lock you out. Why are they checking your system clock? Why are they getting into your computer just so you can order some computer parts? Super suspicious and a big red flag. Stay away. Amazon won’t do that. EBay won’t do that. Treat Newegg like Craigslist or Facebook. They don’t respect your privacy and are digging into your computer for no reason.

totally non responsive to shipping issues

Bought a pretty good pre built pc just recently and had it come in relatively fast. come to find out it wouldn’t turn on once I had unboxed it and tried turning on the switch to see if that helped which it didn’t, then once I looked inside to see what the issue was i found that the power supply was damaged. I just had filed for a return during their return policy and I hope to hear from them soon to see what they can do, not happy whatsoever about this :/
