Avoid using this app. Scamming is endorsed and absolutely no support from Newegg. This particular vendor has been running scams for almost a year and they are still active on the platform.

نصب و احتيال و المحادثات موثقه على الايميل الي هم ارسلوه

طلبت من عندهم شاشة العاب .. كانت تشحن و تباع من الموقع نفسه .. و صلت عن طريق شركة الشحن dhl و للاسف ما كانت تغطي منطقتي و رحت استلمها بنفسي .. بعدين اتضح ان الشاشه معيوبه عيوب كبيره و تواصلت معاهم علشان ارجعها و عطوني شركتين شكن و ولا وحده موجوده عندي في المدينة و اقرب وحده علي تبعد 167 كيلو 👎🏻 و قالو لي خلاص ارسلها من اي شركة من عندك بس بنحاول نرجعلك فلوس الشحن و (( مش اكيد )) ترجع 👎🏻 بعدين قالت ولا نعطيك 25 دولار و تخلي الشاشه عندك 👎🏻👎🏻 يتمصخرون شاشه دافع عليها 3200 درهم اماراتي و يبوني اخليها عندي مقابل يرجعولي 25 دولار امريكي اي ما يعادل 92 درهم اماراتي .. اخر مره اطلب من الشركة هذي الي ما اعرف كيف اوصف نصبهم المستفز لاتنغرون فيهم ابدا ابدا يا شباب

Bad service

I have not received proper assistance regarding the delay in my order, it is very frustrating to be pay extra for and expressing delivery and instead i receive no package, no assistance and no help. Im extremely disappointed with the service
