How much does NewsBlur cost?

Have used this app for many years and love how straightforward and reliable it is. Great privacy policy too.
However the iPad version for some time now is just really broken. It has trouble displaying the columns for selecting feeds and articles, and most of the time shows a blank article body. Not usable. Works great on iPhone on same iOS version.
The best one out there!!
When Google discontinued its newsreader I downloaded a ton of others trying to find one with a similar interface. This one is almost exactly like the old Google app but with more functionality. I liked it so much I paid for the premium service level even though I don't really need it.
Update the App!
If you are going to charge for premium subscriptions then you should be updating the app on a regular basis. It’s been 8 months.
The article list with thumbnail generation works on half the feeds. This app and images don’t mix well. The thumbnails that are generated are to small to even see on the left or right. There needs to be an under title option. Also, there must be some sort of size limitation on images. On other rss readers all the article images come through but not on this app. This app needs work..

Visually awful!

Visually awful
Not sure why I can put all my feeds into another app like news explorer and all the thumbnails are generated for every article.
Then you load this app and half of them don’t show up. There appears to be some size limitation on what’s downloaded or displayed. That needs to be removed if that’s the case.
The article list looks awful too. Maybe add the ability to have the thumbnail images in the middle under the headlines not scrunched up on the side where you can’t even tell what’s in the image.
Definitely needs work. I’d recommend the developer download news explorer and take a look at how visually appealing the news articles are. You can use any major news outlet feeds.
Excellent App
Excellent service, but the latest update seems to have introduced a bug with the preview images; I have them turned off but they’re still showing
Used to be great
The app just keeps getting worse. Showing the wrong feed when you click a feed. Lag. UI. UI. UI.
Disclaimer: I still use an ancient iPad Air that cannot get the latest iOS, so it might well be my fault. The app used to be great. Maybe it still is for those with modern hardware. I have no idea.
Best RSS reader
Works great and also cross platform.
“Second [or third] Rate RSS Reader”
No support. No way to import personal, prized, well-loved collection of previously saved RSS feeds vis OPML file. Hence: “second rate.”
Ugly UI and almost painful-to-engage-with UX.
Just saying.
Reeder. NetNewsWire. Feedly.
All very viable and much better options.
Again, just saying.
