Only one person can be logged into the camera’s account, meaning only one device can view it

Seems like a scam. Would not ever connect my camera and would not let me cancel my account. Kept saying the server signal was bad. Stay away!!!

The app is asking for permission to paste whatever you have in your clipboard every time you load it. Is it trying to steal sensitive personal information? Not the mention the interface is absolute garbage and the set up process is a nightmare.

This app is awful. It forced an update and now has ads when I open the app. it deleted my camera and I am away from home at the moment. Very very very HORRIBLE!!

Seriously this is the most difficult device I’ve ever had to maneuver in my entire life and I’m into tech. No straight forward instructions nothing works. It won’t work when you need it the most. It does not. It is such a frustrating buy. Please look somewhere else.

Very disappointed as these were not cheap for it to completely stop working. So many people complained and nothing has been addressed.

Cannot config the camera anymore! It’s keep asking location? Why do we need the location for configuring the camera? Is it spying?

I bought this camera about 2 months ago. One of the cameras completely stopped working. When the product was working it worked well. I bought 2 cameras. I need both of them to work. I need a new camera or money back.
