It be nice if you were Abel to have a way to retrace deleted files if someone try’s to go behind you and delete parts of the recording through out the hole day and they go in an deleat certain parts of the recording that they may of not wonted to to maybe see when you went to review it and also nothing at all could be deleted with out someone putting in a pass code

Desperately Need Help

I desperately need help, I don’t understand when I go to put my username and password in when I go to access the camera it keeps acting like I put in the wrong information when in fact I know that I put in the right information.

Offline

Almost everyday it disconnects from Wi-Fi it’s only 20 feet from Wi-Fi. Then you need to reset which takes half hr to hr depending on how it’s feeling that day. Unreliable for any real use more like a gimmick than actual security camera.now Wi-Fi is 5g and this cannot use 5g so it is useless!!

Wi-Fi camera says this app

As title says but guess what from where they have it looking for a certain ssid it says I’m not connected to the camera access point because the apps looking for something starting with MV and mine starts with robot_

Forced Ads When Opening the App.

Why did you force users to watch the ads when launching the application? This is unacceptable.
