1. Requests: Approval of login and other requests from the integrated applications with NAFATH.

2. Activating biometric features: the ability to verify the user's identity using their biometrics, by matching the user's biometric data with the national central database stored in the National Information Center (NIC)."

Absolutely horrible

The app does not work no matter what you do. All the payment through instalment are stopped because of this stupid app.

I need to use this app to login to my online bank but this app does not login. I have contacted support many times over the last month. They do not ring me to talk through the problem. They close the call and say it is resolved without even talking to me to check it is working. It is still not working. I have updated and deleted the app many times. I can login to Absher fine but not this app

Useless

This app is a waste of time I now am unable to access my bank account pin works eventually got face recognition to work. Then it wants fingerprints that is impossible the resolution cameras is nowhere near good enough how many ways do you want to confirm someone is who they say they are.
