Poor customer service and network

Getting speed of less than 0.5 Mbps since yesterday for a 5G router postpaid package of SAR239 per month. Contacted the customer service via WhatsApp who messaged to say it may take a week to fix the issue. I spoke to three agents via their customer service , first one did not bother to introduce himself and told to restart router after 10 min and to ring back if not fixed. Second one Abdullah said to ring again as he is not from 5G team. Third one Babar had no clue about the problem. I asked him to put me to his supervisor but he didn’t and kept saying I am following up but without any thing concrete. My advise to customers who are thinking of joining Zain. KEEP AWAY !
