With Game Pass now exclusively on DAZN this app will no doubt soon disappear. In the meantime, this app deserves a 1 star rating because the new service is absolutely awful. The NFL has lost this customer, and no doubt many more

This app behaves so differently if you have it on you Apple TV or mobile device. Want to skip ahead by 30sec to cut out ads? Can’t on the TV, but can do on the mobile app. Video scrolling is an absolute pain, imprecise and jumpy. Passing progress from one device to another through your account? Forget it! App reloads and refreshes will oftten cause the app to forget progress even on the same device. Which means you will no be wanting to scroll to where you left off, right? See above and get ready for pain. Want to find your favourite highlight show? Be prepared to dig through lots of undesirable contents as you can’t favourite it. For something with a hefty subscription price, this app is horrific. But if you have a monopoly on content…

Kept failing charged multiple times and didn’t even get to watch the first Qtr of the Super Bowl. Really need to fix the payment processing.

Wow - terrible experience. Logged in to watch Super Bowl. Wasn’t in my subscription. Tried to upgrade account on TV app, wouldn’t let me. Tried to upgrade on iPhone. Wouldn’t let me. Tried to upgrade on laptop…payment page kept crashing. Turns out I can watch for free on Ch7…

Content is awesome. Can’t be beaten. But needs resume function. And maybe radio feeds?

Every year there are new bugs that leave videos unwatchable. The video player is pretty terrible with no resume function or remembering what I have watched. Also I am paying over $400aud per year, why does every video start with a betting ad. Unacceptable.

Download full game replay. when watching offline hardly works. Game keeps pausing. Works sometimes on 40min games. And same error that everyone else gets. Video not available. For a subscription that you pay over $200 a year for I would expect a better product.
