Paid monthly fee for insights, app didn’t recognize my payment. However the money was charged. Send a mail to customer support, they didn’t reply

Hackers

I downloaded this app and my account was blocked by Instagram as they detected suspicious activity folk trying to log in. I changed password and deleted the app. Scammers! And I have it one star because I could not post this review.

Nice concept that you can see “no likes given” “no comments given” and more. But you have to pay for it. Okay. Then you pay for it and it DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. I even send them an mail. They did not reply! The bug: the accounts you see in for example “no likes given” , I checked them, and a lot of them did like something, so it is not correct. It is supposed to show you all the accounts that did not give you any like on any post. So PAID FOR NOTHING. GOT NO RESPONSE NEITHER when I asked to fix it

Don’t even download it, if u have face recognition they will charge u in a sec, u wont be able to cancel it.

An app that’s actually working, great. I paid the add ins. Would be nice, for the price, to see information about who comments and see the latest comments - and reply to them.
