I paid the subscription and it still didn’t allowed me the premium services.

Pagué por una semana para poder utilizar los servicios premium, al final no pude hacer nada y me robaron el dinero. Pésima aplicación, es un robo. Menos mal que no pagué más dinero.
Es una estafa. Pagué el PRO por 1 año.
Pagué por una semana y luego por un año y nunca funcionó. He enviado 2 correos para pedir ayuda y nada ha pasaso. Es un abuso.
