NGTeco Time

L’articolo è buono per la timbratura ma l’app non soddisfa le esigenze di modifica orario su Attendance. Quindi rende l’app quasi del tutto inutilizzabile. Spero che risolvano perché ripeto il prodotto rispetta le esigenze.

I’am posting this here because calling and emailing the support group for this app as gone unanswered for 7 days. After updating NGTecoTime to the latest version from the App Store v2.1.4 build 2, we receive the error ‘send email failed’ when attempting to use the ‘Download & Email Report’ button. If the application has NOT been updated the functionality works as expected. Unfortunately two of our three iPhones have been updated and there is no way to download and install the older version.

Clock itself is great. App is pretty simple to use. Only issue is not able to download and email report.

I was an easy set up and thanks to michael which help me all the way theough everything

It is great for small business, only downside is you can not get the attendance report if you are not connected to the same wifi network maybe the developers can monetize that feature on a premium one time payment option to access it remotely
