Elan not working

Crashing more now after update and automatically opens up. Hard to select other system.

ANNOYING!!!

I’ve had this app a few years now and never had issues until recently. It will be working fine and then it will not connect to my system. I have to delete the app and reinstall. Now, that doesn’t even work!!! I have to call my audio people, which is not ideal because it takes days to get an appointment. I’m ready for a reliable app!!!

Accessibility to controller

Software support is horrible…. Your update 7 months ago has made accessing my controller a pain. Have to turn off wifi to connect. If you leave the area of the main Wi-Fi access and enter a room with a eero you are no longer able to directly connect or stay connected to your controller. This problem was not there till you made the update. I have been running 3 eero’s in my home since I bought your system 2.5 years ago and never had a issue. How about you fix your update. This problem affects the app on iPhones, Samsung phones and iPads.
