Good app, but not for everyone
As a social smoker, I don’t consume many cigarettes regularly. So quitting won’t be as hard as someone who consumes full time. I like how the app allows me to input my goal, gives me facts and how quitting or reducing helps to Improve my health. I have not fully committed to competing all the sections but that would be the same if I wanted to journal my progress. Perhaps more time is needed but I’m not certain this is the best option for me.
