As a social smoker, I don’t consume many cigarettes regularly. So quitting won’t be as hard as someone who consumes full time. I like how the app allows me to input my goal, gives me facts and how quitting or reducing helps to Improve my health. I have not fully committed to competing all the sections but that would be the same if I wanted to journal my progress. Perhaps more time is needed but I’m not certain this is the best option for me.

I like the inhaler, but the QuickMist, was not for me. The taste it leaves is off putting. If you are not careful with it, you can accidentally inhale (don’t inhale) it will make you feel sick. The app is cool for keeping track when you first start to quit.

I have recently tried the Nicolette stop smoking quick mist smart track and have found it quite useful but it’s to try and remember to always log in your daily intake.

Very useful app for helping to quit smoking. Helps you stay on track and accountable. Celebrate milestones and feel proud.

This works great in helping quit smoking if you aren’t going to go cold turkey. The app is a great touch in keeping track and getting info! If you’re ready to quit, this may be a great option for you

The product itself is not bad if you aren’t a heavy smoker, I believe the dose of nicotine could be increased. It did however curb cravings and the app itself was easy to use! At times it would not work when touching the device to my phone in order to open/ update app.

I found Nicolette much more useful for me rather then the app

This app is super simple to use and get setup. The steps are easy and it is easy to track. Also nice to be able to track your cigarettes smoked since obviously not going to be perfect right away. I will say that for someone a little older or someone who may not use their phone for apps, it’s not a realistic tool to use multiple times all throughout the day. For anyone that purchases the Nicorette mist though, you’re obviously signing up to use the app as a tool to help quit, so as long as you are committed to the process it should be helpful!

I received this free to try. I found this app to be very confusing. I gave up after a week of trying it out. It did not help me to quit smoking. I tried to understand the app but could not .

Such a convenient and easy to use application. I love that I can personalize it to my needs and how I would like to quit and that I can hold my self accountable through the application!
